I know its no big deal, but would anyone care to comment. I have looked at the smalljoes 1/32 kingtiger & other than the missing fender, the picture is exactly the same as the one in the flyer of the 1/18 kt right down to the same number. Dare I say the one in the flyer is a 1/32 also but the photo slightly enlarged to give the impression of a larger model. The 88 could also be the same looking at the smalljoes 1/32 grey 88. I guess if the proto-types existed they would have been at NY fair. I might be wrong but I do not recall any 1/32 pieces having the same number on its side as its 1/18 counter-part which makes me suspicious & a little let down if this is the case.
yes, no doubt they used 1/32 scale models for the pictures. Doesn't mean anything, it's probably what was handy when the pictures needed to be taken. The 1/18 versions probably arent' completely finished yet or were over at the factory or something. It's rare when advance pictures of an item are actually of the item......usually they're of smaller scale replicas.
