Small Scale Military Headquarters

Saw this at my local wal-mart today, along with 2 jagdtiger and 2 kingtigers. I hadn't heard anything about an m113 so I'm wondering if this is brand new, or just old enough to not be discussed.

The M113 has been out for quite some time now, it's a great piece though!
