I hate to be a spoil sport but those of us who have been around from the beginning know that these usually turn out to be non-events, or someting is announced that never sees the light of day. Hope I'm wrong this time around and it turns out to be an all new aircraft or Armor that hasn't been done before. :?

The 262 A-1a/U4 (50mm) would likely require a new mold due to the difference in nose sections from that of the standard fighter/bomber versions.

you could do it with a new, snap in nose section.

As i said, i'm just guessing.

If i had to pick one i'd say it's a Sturmvogel version.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

I almost forgot. The nose gear on that particular version was also redesigned. It rotated 90 degrees on the way up and sat horizontally in the well to clear the gun. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for as many versions of the 262 as we can get but there's so many subtle differences that it is either going to get expensive or we'll be stuck with generic models.

I honestly don't think it's a 262 coz we've been expecting one from 21st for awhile. TKO basically said this new plane caught him by surprise so I think it's something different. A Hellcat or Wildcat maybe??? Macchi?? Can't wait to see! :D

OK, works for me, as much as I'd like to see something to go along with the BBI Zodiak and PTE kayak, Wings and Armour are very much my favorite.

He’s not going to put it up till the last minute,

Lets see he has to grocery store, cook some dinner or pick some fast food, eat, go to the restroom, watch a little TV, take out the trash, clean and dust his own XD collection, then when he has time to get around to uploading the website, and then it will crash because all of us are trying to check it out at the same time..

LOL

Cessna 152, anyone? Or maybe a nice de Haviland Beaver float plane?

Just kidding... although a Beaver would be kind of cool--used to fly one on occasion puddle jumping in Ontario...

dude, i know it's a bird....but it's not going to be a NEW bird. Clearly from what he said. It's going to be some modification of a bird we already know about and the most likely candidate is the Me 262. So speculation of A-10's and B-52's is only going to lead to disappointment.
